Systemiq is seeking a proactive People Operations Associate to support its European offices, primarily the Netherlands, France, and Germany. This full-time onsite role in Amsterdam offers 80% or 90% patterns and covers contract and data management in iHub, onboarding and offboarding, regional HR support, payroll changes, reporting, and project work. The ideal candidate has proven HR experience in Europe, with Dutch fluency (native or business level) and strong English, is highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks, and communicates well across cultures.
