About the Opportunity
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across your portfolio to deliver high‑quality, contemporary and legally compliant HR advice and support. You will be a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate employee relations, workforce planning, performance, recruitment and operational HR processes.
You will also contribute to broader People & Culture improvement initiatives, including policy development, HR systems optimisation, compliance projects, and building leader capability through tools, training and coaching in alignment with the duties and governance work reflected in P&C project responsibilities at the Y Queensland.
