AKQA is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to drive HR initiatives across the New Zealand studios in Auckland and Wellington, owning the full employee lifecycle with the People Coordinator from onboarding through exits while applying consistent policy and delivering trusted HR guidance. You’ll lead employee relations, support performance and succession planning, talent mapping and development, and contribute to payroll coordination, SOX controls and HRIS improvements, alongside broader change initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an HR generalist, strong commercial judgment, end-to-end project leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and proficient data and Excel skills.
