We have a fantastic opportunity to join our People Operations team as a People Operations Consultant.
We are searching for someone to join the team on a permanent basis as well as being able to offer two 12 month secondment opportunities.

Salary Information
Pay: Circa £40,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to offboarding
- Providing expert guidance to managers and colleagues on HR processes and policies
- Managing HR queries and ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service
- Driving continuous improvement across People Operations processes
- Supporting key areas such as onboarding, background screening, and compliance (including regulatory requirements)
- Working with systems such as SuccessFactors, our HR Query Platform and getting stuck into a bit of AI too!
Essential Skills
- Has experience in a People/HR Operations environment
- Is highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering great service
- Enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
- Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
- Is comfortable working with HR systems, data and AI
- Is adaptable and thrives in a changing environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting onboarding, background screening or regulatory compliance activities
- Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage
