You will shape our operational strategy and guide a talented team of People Officers across Europe. This role is a perfect blend of high-level strategic design and hands-on execution. You will ensure our people processes are seamless, our data is spotless, and our employees feel supported at every stage of their journey with us.
How you embrace curiosity daily
- Lead and coach a team of People Operations professionals across four countries to deliver a shared service mindset.
- Drive the growth of our HRIS platform, Workday, to make it the ultimate source of truth for our global data.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of compensation, including pay reviews, bonuses, and living wage increases.
- Oversee benefits and leave of absence programs by working closely with various international vendors.
- Design and improve self-service tools for employees to handle Tier 0 and Tier 1 relationship topics.
- Collaborate with teams like Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to align our operational roadmaps.
- Maintain clear service level agreements to ensure every HR process is efficient and reliable.

What you bring to the team
- Proven experience leading People Operations teams within an international, matrixed organization.
- Hands-on experience working across European countries with an understanding of various labor laws.
- Strong managerial skills and an engaging leadership style that balances strategy with daily execution.
- High proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally with Workday or similar large-scale platforms.
- Experience managing a shared services model using tools like JIRA and tiered support structures.
- Analytical thinking skills that help you solve complex problems and make confident decisions.
- Clear communication skills that allow you to partner effectively with senior management.

- Experience in a consulting role focused on developing HR shared services for mid-sized companies.
- Familiarity with managing payroll or collective labor agreements in the Netherlands, Spain, or France.
