365 Care is hiring Personal Care Workers to support NDIS and aged care clients living at home in Blacktown and surrounds. You will provide personal care, light cleaning, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments, and companionship to help clients stay independent in their community. This part time onsite role requires flexible Mon to Fri availability from 7am to 3pm and a willingness to travel up to 30 minutes from Blacktown. Essential: Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home and Community Care, CPR and First Aid, NSW Driver Licence with reliable transport and insurance, and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police check. About The Role

Due to growth, we are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide support to our NDIS and aged care clients living in their own homes around Blacktown and surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community, including:

• Providing personal care
• Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
• Transporting clients to appointments and general community access
• Providing companionship and emotional support

*You must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Blacktown area.

About You

To be successful in the role, you'll need:

• Flexible availability Mon to Fri between 7am - 3pm
• Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred) or Police check
• CPR and First Aid Certificates
• A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
