Aruma is seeking a General Hand (Cleaner) in Blacktown, full-time onsite, to join a values driven, inclusive team that supports people with disabilities. You’ll work with team leaders to help supported employees carry out cleaning and light maintenance across a range of sites, following instructions and scheduling. The role rewards reliability, a high level of physical fitness, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or with others, plus a valid P2 licence and willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check. About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. General Hands will work alongside team leaders to assist supported employees to carry out cleaning, and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients to contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
