Epic Piping is looking for a Piping Detailer to join their Abu Dhabi team on a full-time, onsite basis, offering exposure to diverse projects on national and global scales. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, AutoSpool, and Spool Gen, able to read piping isometrics, draw weld maps and shop spools from client designs, and perform the necessary calculations, with at least two years’ drafting experience in pipe fabrication and a mechanical engineering diploma or degree preferred.  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Accurately draw weld maps and spool drawings utilizing Autospool and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in reading Piping Isometric Drawings.
• Hands-on experience with AutoSpool/Spool Gen software and AutoCAD
• Be familiar with client project scope and specifications. 
• Draw shop pipe fabrication spools from client drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
• Do calculations necessary to support assigned work. 
• Perform drafting to accepted company, client, and industry standards.   

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education:  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Experience: 2 year of drafting experience in Pipe fabrication
• Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Autospool is preferred.
