Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for both converting and mill operations.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
- Build trust, manage change, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Coach and develop plant leadership teams and production supervisors.
- Drive operational performance through KPI management and data-driven decision making.
- Analyze efficiencies and develop action plans to maximize production, quality, and profitability.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, process optimization projects, and cost reduction efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reliability, and overall plant performance.
- Manage budgets, capital expenditures, labor costs, inventory, and operational reporting.
- Champion initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and cost performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within the tissue manufacturing industry.
- Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
- Experience leading unionized manufacturing operations is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, converting operations, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
