You will be involved in the manufacturing process to produce chemicals and packaging used in the blasting process for mining, quarrying, and infrastructure projects.
It is important to note that we do not necessarily need people with experience in manufacturing plant environments. We are looking for people with energy, drive, enthusiasm and who share the same values as we do. Salary/Roster
The starting salary package for Trainee Manufacturing Plant Operators is $102,000 per annum, with level increases as you move through the training program and develop your skill and experience. We offer a Monday to Friday roster with a weekly rotating schedule of morning and afternoon shifts, with the occasional planned Saturday.
