YMCA Victoria invites expressions of interest for casual Pool Lifeguards to support six regional centres in the Baw Baw area this summer. You will supervise busy aquatic spaces, maintain vigilant observation, educate patrons about safe practices, and intervene to protect people, facilities and equipment. Ideal candidates are patient, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a safety‑first mindset. Qualifications: Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willingness to obtain), CPR and First Aid.
