Job Description

• Lead and manage the daily operations of Alstonville Family Dental.
• Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
• Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental, medical, or allied health practice management
• Experience as a Practice Manager in a dental practice is advantageous
• Experience with practice management software is preferable but not essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A warm, patient-focused approach
• A desire to grow your career within a supportive national network
