BHP seeks a Principal Digital Data & Reporting to drive Digital transformation by turning data into a performance narrative, building dashboards and data systems that link initiatives to real value. The role requires sound judgement, comfort with ambiguity, and the confidence to influence senior leaders with evidence-based insights. You will translate complex delivery and financial data into decisions that boost productivity, cut costs and manage risk, while partnering across Digital to co-create improvements. A relevant degree and proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau are required, with a track record communicating with executives. This role will use data, metrics and visualization tools to drive the Digital transformation program and demonstrate business value to stakeholders. You will enable high-quality performance reporting, shape the Digital performance narrative, and identify and implement improvements to support Digital's strategic and delivery goals.
This role requires strong judgement, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and confidence engaging with senior leaders to influence decisions through evidence-based insights.
