Launch Potato is seeking a Principal ML Engineer to own the technical vision for large-scale personalization, shaping strategy, architecture, and cross-team execution for a remote-first, globally distributed organization. You should bring 10+ years building production ML systems with deep expertise in deep learning, causal inference, multi-armed bandits and graph models, plus a proven track record of 0→1 innovation, patents or major product impact. Expect to tackle cold starts, real-time learning, and exploration-exploitation challenges, design reusable ML infrastructure, and mentor senior engineers while representing the company externally.
