Pacific National is seeking a Principal Reliability Engineer, Rolling Stock, to lead reliability improvements across our fleets, applying FMECA, reliability-centred maintenance and condition monitoring to boost fleet availability and reduce maintenance costs. You will analyse incidents, guide maintenance tactics and develop reliability programs while monitoring data and equipment performance. Requirements include an engineering degree, at least four years in maintenance and reliability or condition monitoring, and practical FMECA/RCM/CM experience, ideally in rail or asset-intensive sectors. Sydney or Newcastle preferred.
