Sika AG is hiring a Process Owner for the Demand to Supply process in SAP Production Planning and Execution, onsite in Utrecht. This full-time role bridges operations and Group IT, leading process management projects, rolling out the Sika template across plants, coordinating data migration, testing, Go-Live and post-launch support, and driving continuous improvement via KPIs. You will conduct Fit/Gap analyses, manage Change Requests, train CPRs and Key Users, and maintain clear process documentation while evaluating synergies across business units. Essentials: degree in business or IT, global SAP PP expertise, strong analytical and collaborative skills, English fluency, valid work authorization (sponsorship not available).
