Te Tūranga – About the roleAs a Process Specialist, you’ll play an important support role in enabling the successful delivery of a major SAP roll‑out across our store network.Reporting to the Retail Operations Deployment Manager, you’ll translate project requirements into clear, effective operational processes and supporting materials that help stores and deployment teams prepare for go‑live.Working closely with deployment teams, IT, data and finance partners, you’ll support coordination, data readiness, system access, configuration and reporting activities. You’ll contribute to ensuring information is accurate, processes are well‑documented, and deployment activity runs smoothly and on time.This is a fixed‑term opportunity through to November 2026.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:·
Provide operational and administrative support to enable effective SAP deployment activities ·
Coordinate system access, user provisioning and role enablement processes ·
Maintain key access, configuration and provisioning documentation to support accurate system setup ·
Support data preparation, validation and presentation to enable store readiness and deployment decision‑making ·
Assist with product and pricing data alignment, comparison and reconciliation across systems ·
Prepare deployment‑related reports, comparison outputs and supporting documentation ·
Support system configuration, staging and testing activities ·
Follow up and validate financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness ·
Act as a key point of coordination between deployment teams, IT and data partners ·
Support additional operational, administrative or process‑related activities as required
