To ensure efficient, compliant, and timely onboarding of suppliers and accurate, standardized, and timely creation and maintenance of item master data in Colas Canada’s ERP and E-Procurement systems.
Manages the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, acting as the main point of contact while ensuring compliance and coordination across stakeholders.
Administers and maintains the Source-to-Pay platform, including configuration, user access, workflows, and system performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Provides user support and delivers training, documentation, and guidance to drive adoption and effective use of Source-to-Pay systems.
Oversees the creation and maintenance of item records across systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
Develops and maintains reporting to track procurement performance, system usage, and support data-driven decision-making.
Manages data quality and governance by monitoring system usage, validating requests, and performing audits to ensure accurate and compliant master data.
Identifies opportunities to streamline procurement processes and supports system enhancements and automation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensures supplier and item data compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while identifying and escalating potential risks.
Salary range: $84,000 - 100,000 CAD per year.
