EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Procurement Associate in Banbridge, full-time onsite, to support service delivery by sourcing pricing, managing vendor relationships, and preparing competitive quotes using Sage X3. You’ll source pricing from OEMs and distributors for AV and networking components, register bids, monitor market trends, maintain pricing records, and collaborate with Account Management and Finance for invoicing, while representing procurement in client meetings. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and numeric skills, experience with procurement or account management software, and advanced Excel, plus excellent communication and time management in a fast-paced team. Role Overview
As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting EOS's global service delivery by sourcing pricing, managing vendor relationships, and preparing competitive quotes for various projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Source pricing from OEMs and distributors for AV and networking components
• Register and manage bids with vendors
• Prepare detailed quotes using Sage X3
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate records of pricing and client communications
• Collaborate with Account Management and Finance teams for invoicing
• Represent the Procurement team in client meetings

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Experience with procurement or account management software
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Sage X3, and Jira
• Understanding of hardware/service resale dynamics
