About the Role

We’re looking for a Category Manager to join our Procurement team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will focus on delivering category strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting key procurement initiatives across the business – with a particular focus on Business & Corporate Services, together with Operational Procurement.

You’ll play an important role in driving cost efficiency, improving supplier performance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver strong business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier relationships to drive value, performance, and innovation
• Lead sourcing activities, including tenders, negotiations, and contract management
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and support decision-making
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the business
• Ensure strong governance and compliance across procurement activities
• Deliver continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Support both local and global procurement projects

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
• 3–5+ years’ experience in procurement, category management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing ability
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with ERP systems
