Heidi Health seeks a high‑output, product‑obsessed content writer to translate its AI Care Partner into specialty‑focused narratives across written and video formats for a London onsite role. You’ll build a scalable use‑case engine, craft use‑case breakdowns, day‑in‑the‑life stories, workflow examples, landing pages, and sales enablement materials, and produce 50+ product videos in six months. Ideal candidates have 3‑6+ years in product content or SaaS, preferably healthtech, a strong portfolio, scriptwriting experience, and the ability to research complex domains and write clearly for multiple audiences. Apply with a focused portfolio that demonstrates adoption impact, revenue outcomes, cross‑functional collaboration, and adaptability.

Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals - supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than ten million patient visits per month are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-output, product-obsessed content writer who can translate Heidi’s capabilities into compelling, specialty-specific stories across video and written formats.

This is not a blog-writing role.
This is a product storytelling engine role.

You will create high-volume, high-quality content that showcases how Heidi works across:

  • Every specialty

  • Every workflow

  • Every care setting

  • Every type of clinician

You will turn product capability into clear, practical, real-world use cases that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue.

  • Develop scalable content that demonstrates how Heidi works across specialties, including (but not limited to):

    • Documentation before/after scenarios

    • Template-driven content

    • Website landing pages

    • Sales enablement materials

    2. High-Volume Product Video Content

Own and produce short-form and mid-form product content, including:

    • Feature walkthrough videos

    • “Heidi for [Specialty]” videos

    • Workflow simulations

    • Real-world scenario demos

    • Social-native product clips (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)

    • Customer scenario explainers

    • Launch and feature announcement videos

    You should be comfortable:

    • Writing scripts

    • Structuring tight, outcome-focused narratives

    • Turning complex features into simple stories

    • Collaborating with design and growth teams

    • Being on-camera (optional but strongly preferred)

    3. Use Case Engine Development

Build scalable systems to generate repeatable, specialty-driven content:

    • Use-case frameworks

    • Template libraries

    • Objection-handling content

    • Pain-point mapping by specialty

    • Clinical language adaptation by audience type

    • Persona-driven product positioning

    You will help answer:

    • How does Heidi help a cardiologist think better during consult?

    • How does it support a psychiatrist conducting a long therapy session?

    • How does it reduce admin load in a busy orthopaedic clinic?

    • How does it support telehealth documentation?

    • How does it help a registrar vs a consultant?

    • How does it scale across multi-site practices?

    4. Cross-Functional Product Collaboration

    Work closely with:

    • Product team (feature understanding)

    • Growth team (conversion-focused content)

    • Sales (battlecards and objection handling)

    • Customer success (real-world stories)

    • Founders (vision and positioning)

You must be comfortable diving deep into product mechanics — and translating them into clarity.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 6 months, you will have:

  • Launched specialty-specific landing pages

  • Built a scalable “Heidi for Every Specialty” content library

  • Produced 50+ high-quality product videos

  • Delivered consistent weekly written product content

  • Increased specialty-driven acquisition

  • Improved product understanding across the funnel

What we’re looking for

  • You are:

    • Obsessed with product storytelling

    • Comfortable producing high volumes of content without sacrificing quality

    • Able to simplify complex technology

    • Deeply curious about clinical workflows

    • Structured and systematic in content creation

    • Outcome-focused (not just output-focused)

    You have:

    • 3–6+ years in product content, product marketing, or SaaS content

    • Experience in B2B SaaS (healthtech strongly preferred)

    • Strong portfolio of product-focused writing

    • Scriptwriting experience for video

    • Ability to independently research complex domains

    • A bias toward clarity and utility over fluff

    Bonus:

    • Clinical background or experience writing for healthcare

    • On-camera presence

    • Experience working in a high-growth startup
