Plexure is hiring an experienced Product Designer for a full-time onsite role in Auckland CBD, joining a SaaS company at growth phase. You’ll lead end-to-end UX across the customer engagement platform, design intuitive workflows, evolve the design system, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate insights into better product experiences through research and usability testing. The ideal candidate has significant B2B SaaS or enterprise product design experience, can own the process from discovery to prototyping, and enjoys building and shaping design practices. We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the Plexure team in this newly created role! You'll become part of a global, growing SaaS company at an exciting point in our growth journey.

What will you do?
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product design at Plexure, helping create a more intuitive and cohesive experience across our customer engagement platform while establishing the design practices that support the next stage of our product evolution.

• Lead the end-to-end user experience across our customer engagement platform, designing intuitive workflows that make complex products easier to learn and use.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and customers to understand user needs, validate ideas through research and usability testing, and turn insights into better product experiences.
• Design user journeys, prototypes and interaction flows that improve adoption, reduce friction and build customer confidence.
• Evolve our design system and establish consistent UX patterns that bring together functionality across product domains, creating a cohesive and seamless user experience.
• Introduce customer-centred design practices, embedding user research, discovery and usability testing into how we build products.

What are we looking for?

• Significant experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products where users complete sophisticated workflows.
• Strong end-to-end product design capability, from discovery and user research through to prototyping, testing and developer handoff.
• Experience translating customer insights into intuitive product experiences that improve usability, adoption or customer outcomes.
• Prototyping skills using Figma and other modern design tools, with experience partnering closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life.
• Someone who enjoys building as well as designing - you'll be establishing design practices, influencing product direction and helping shape how design is done at Plexure.
