The Opportunity
BlueScope Building Components is looking for a Product Manager to join the Sales, Marketing and Innovation Marketing Team based in Mascot or Minchinbury NSW. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
In this newly created role, you will own our national product portfolio, balancing day-to-day product management with strategic innovation. You’ll guide new products from concept to market, shape the strategy of existing products, ensure commercial viability, develop commercial briefs aligned to market segmentation and targets, and define our national product service offering.
You will work with technical products as the go-to expert for a nationally recognised brand, helping to modernise a traditional industry through innovation, emerging channels, and eCommerce. You’ll use market insights, customer segmentation, and competitor intelligence to identify trends and growth opportunities, manage product profitability, and collaborate across national teams to align strategy, offerings, and service capabilities. Your work will directly support the business’ growth and innovation goals across Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Structural & Flooring, and Retail & Distribution segments.
