Product Manager Intern
AircallAircall is a unicorn built around AI-powered customer communications, used by more than 22,000 companies worldwide to connect voice, SMS, WhatsApp and AI in one seamless workspace. The company is headquartered in Paris, with a North American hub in Seattle, and teams spread across Madrid, London, Berlin, San Francisco, New York, Sydney and Mexico City. They’re growing their product team in Paris and are looking for a curious Product Manager Intern to join onsite in Paris. If you like talking to customers, solving cross‑functional puzzles, and turning feedback into real product improvements, this could be a great fit.
In this internship you’ll work across Product, Engineering, Data, Design and Go‑to‑Market to translate customer feedback into roadmap ideas, weigh tradeoffs with different stakeholders, and help shape the experience that customers rely on every day. It’s a hands‑on role in a product‑driven environment, designed for someone who wants to learn fast, move quickly, and see the impact of their work in a growing platform powered by AI innovation.
A day-to-day crafted for curiosity
You’ll start by meeting customers to understand their pain points, discuss possible improvements, and validate whether those ideas would really help both users and agents. From there you’ll translate qualitative feedback and usage signals into concrete opportunities and recommendations that feed the roadmap, collaborating closely with peers in Product, Design and Engineering to define what to build and how to prioritise it while keeping dependencies in balance.
As you contribute to development, you’ll follow the lifecycle end‑to‑end to ensure new features deliver a meaningful improvement to the user experience and agent efficiency. You’ll also help prepare knowledge resources, FAQs and product demos to support launches and go‑to‑market activities, so customers can adopt the changes smoothly.
Beyond feature work, you’ll dig into data from multiple sources, interaction logs, analytics and direct customer feedback, to spot patterns, bottlenecks and new opportunities. You’ll look for ways to make product workflows more intuitive, and you’ll bring modern data tools and AI/LLM‑based approaches into your analysis to surface deeper insights. You’ll also explore tracking and measurement, helping teams define KPIs, build dashboards, and set up alerts that support ongoing performance reviews and decision making.

Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with examples where you’ve interacted with customers and translated their feedback into real product outcomes. Show the impact of those efforts by linking to measurable improvements or concrete changes in a product you helped shape.
Demonstrate how you prove you can run customer conversations. Describe a scenario where you asked insightful questions, listened for real needs, and followed up to close a loop that changed a decision or a feature direction.
Prepare to talk through times you’ve worked across teams to balance conflicting priorities. Bring a clear story about how you wired up dependencies, aligned stakeholders, and kept a project moving end‑to‑end despite ambiguity.
When you ask a question in an interview, aim for something that ties back to the role’s focus on customer insights and cross‑functional prioritisation. A smart question could be: how does Aircall balance customer feedback with the roadmap for AI‑powered features like AI Voice Agent when shaping next quarter’s priorities?
