You’ll triage tickets, coordinate production fixes with squads, deliver clear updates to stakeholders, surface product insights, and help manage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Monday while supporting market research and GTM efforts. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in support, ops, product or data roles, strong English, analytical mindset, and excellent communication; SQL or API experience and agile familiarity are pluses.
