Description
Mission:Drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate, timely, and complete production job processing within the ERP system. Deliver clear, actionable production performance reporting that empowers decision-making at the Brockville (Motor Coils Manufacturing) facility. Proactively analyze production forecasts and material availability to align staffing with demand, identify risks before they impact outcomes, and partner with leadership to develop effective mitigation strategies that keep operations running at peak performance.
Outcomes Needed:
- Achieve 100% daily completion of production jobs in the ERP system with zero backlog.
- Identify and share inventory availability of all job materials needed to execute the Production Schedule, three weeks in advance of production start date.
- Update Daily Ops Reports (Efficiency, MPS Status, Attendance, Safety KPIs) by 9:00 AM each working day, specifically using ERP data.
- Maintain 100% up-to-date training records and matrices for all shop floor employees, with updates processed within 24 hours of any training event.
- Deliver work travelers daily by the start of each shift; retrieve and complete travelers within 24 hours of job completion.
