Description

MISSION:
Ensure aftermarket customer programs at the Brockville, Ontario Motor Coils Manufacturing facility are executed smoothly by coordinating schedules, documentation, and cross-functional communication so that locomotive motor, stator, and armature repairs and builds are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. 

Outcomes:

  • Achieve ≥ 95% on-time delivery for all coordinated aftermarket programs by maintaining accurate schedules and proactively escalating risks.
  • Maintain ≥ 99% order entry accuracy (including change orders and RMAs) to prevent production or invoicing delays.
  • Provide same-business-day responses to customer inquiries and program status requests to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Ensure 100% of programs have complete and audit-ready documentation (trackers, change logs, customer requirements, quality records).
  • Identify and implement at least 3 workflow improvements annually that reduce turnaround time, errors, or communication gaps.
