Kinly is hiring a Production Coordinator in London for a full‑time onsite role, up to £40,000 plus benefits, reporting to the EMEA Head of Broadcast Media. You’ll oversee client requests across a global team, track activity in the ticketing system, keep project requests current, and provide management updates and data highlights. You’ll coordinate client and vendor calendars, arrange production meetings, and support the London studio with setup, crewing, kit hire and light media tasks, ensuring a consistent client experience. Essential: proven digital media production coordination, strong MS Office skills (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), attention to deadlines and collaboration; overtime may be required. Salary: To £40,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

 We now have an exciting opportunity on one of our key client sites, reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Broadcast Media, your role will be to oversee the project requests for the team and report back this data to the team and team leads.

You will be working with our global production team of editors and animators and other regional coordinators to make sure clients request are allocated to the right locations.

Applicants should have exceptional organisational skills and enjoy assisting a team of creatives in meeting the high demands of our clients and will understand the full production life cycle, have a top-down view of all the request coming in, work with team leads and designers to make sure planners are up to date, help track production spend and resource allocation.

You’ll work directly with clients, designers and team leads, to make sure they are up to date with all aspects of live projects.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work independently but also as part of a team, taking on client requests liaising with creatives and managers

  • Daily monitoring of our ticketing system and keeping a project request system up to date

  • Providing management updates, data tracking information and collated department highlights

  • Working with clients and external vendors to manage calendars and arrange production meetings

  • Working closely with global production co-ordinators to guarantee a consistent experience for our clients

  • Assist the production team in the London studio with general setup, crewing, kit hire, teleprompting and some light media management tasks

 

Skills and experience:

  • Proven production co-ordinator experience in a digital media production environment

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive

  • An eye for detail and accuracy, without compromising deadlines

  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Working knowledge of the corporate event process

  • Innovative and creative

  • Corporate client experience is an advantage

  • Good communication and time management skills

  • Flexible in approach to work, overtime is essential
