The group emphasises a supportive culture, diversity and inclusion, and ongoing development as part of its promise to employees.
The day-to-day of shaping project estimates
You will play a key part in setting projects up for success by delivering precise estimates and clear documentation. Working with internal teams and suppliers, you’ll ensure every job is accurate and ready for construction, analysing plans and contract documentation to maintain consistency, and producing detailed take-offs for materials, labour, and plant. You’ll also coordinate and manage document amendments before construction starts, issue purchase orders in line with supplier agreements, review supplier quotes to ensure full project coverage, and process invoices while reconciling costs. Maintaining project records across systems and supporting quality control by reviewing outputs and managing variations are also important parts of the role.

- Solid understanding of the Building Code of Australia and BASIX requirements
- Strong computer skills with at least mid-to-advanced Excel proficiency
- Good ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Practical understanding of building processes, materials, and costings
