Main goal

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Intern to support our production operations over a six-month placement. This role offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day coordination of shoots, crew management and production logistics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Crew & Staffing Coordination
• Assisting in sourcing and booking freelance crew for shoots
• Maintaining and updating crew availability databases
• Coordinating staffing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies

2. Documentation & Systems Management
• Preparing and managing staff documents, including contracts and onboarding forms
• Assisting with bookings and scheduling on UEFA’s FAME platform
• Maintaining accurate shoot overviews and production calendars

3. Financial Administration
• Raising purchase orders in the eProc accounts system, processing crew invoices and ensuring timely approvals
• Tracking payments and purchase order
• Liaising with UEFA's Procurement unit to resolve technical, contractual and supplier catalogue issues relating to purchase orders, goods receipts and the uploading of invoices in eProc
• Liaising with the Finance division to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment workflows
• Assisting in managing expense reports related to shoots

4. Production Support
• Providing logistical support for shoots, including call sheets, travel arrangements and equipment coordination
• Communicating with crew and suppliers to confirm details and resolve issues
• Ensuring all production documentation is filed and archived appropriately

Requirements

Experience:

  • Experience working in an international environment would be a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is an asset

Languages:

  • English / Advanced

Other requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Interest in media production and a willingness to learn
