Job Requirements

• Basic Tool Set up

• Good understanding of G&M Codes

• Ability to read blueprints and highly proficient at dimensioning/tolerancing/speeds and feeds

• Reliability and ability to listen and follow instruction

• Team player and positive, cooperative attitude

• Solution oriented and ability to respectfully communicate with colleagues 

• Running manual CMM is a plus

• independently set up various CNC machine tools, interpreting technical instructions to determine operational sequences, dimensions, tolerances, and tooling requirements.

• Optimize machine performance by making necessary adjustments to feeds and speeds. 

• Ensure parts meet specifications by using precision measuring instruments and gauges to check work.

• Maintain optimal machine conditions by replenishing coolant, changing filters, and lubricating machinery.

• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, taking corrective actions and providing detailed information for resolution.

• Maintain part integrity through deburring, edge breaking, and proper identification procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance.
• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
• Requires completion of high school.
• Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $62,400 – $66,560 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
