We’re looking for an experienced Workshop/Production Manager to lead our AMA Collision team at Gemini Pinkenba.

In this key role, you’ll support the Centre Manager while guiding and mentoring our production team — a great chance to strengthen your leadership skills and advance your career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
  • Process vehicles as they arrive on site
  • Assist with ordering and receipting parts, paint and consumables
  • Oversee repair progress to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality outcomes
  • Manage workshop production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations

What We're looking For?

  • Previous experience in similar management role within the collision repair industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
