Production Operator

One (1) Day Shift (7:43AM- 4:05PM)

 

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team.  In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standard of quality.   You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, adhering to safety and quality guidelines and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

As a Production Operator your responsibilities will include:

  • Operate and monitor equipment and machinery in line with Standard Procedures   
  • Perform troubleshooting of equipment to minimise downtime
  • Adhere to all safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and actively participating in safety initiatives.
  • Timely completion of quality checks, complying with food safety and GMP programs, and accurately recording stoppages and other relevant information.
  • Actively participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) practices to maintain and improve operational standards.
  • Develop and maintain competency by undertaking necessary training and development to competently operate plant and equipment, monitor and control processes, and comply with Nestlé standards.

  • Forklift license is preferred
