TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator II for the 1st shift in Grayslake, IL (Mon-Fri 6 am to 2:30 pm) to set up and operate CNC machines and produce parts to customer specifications. The role requires basic CNC setup, small program adjustments, loading materials, tooling changes, blueprint reading, and performing ongoing inspections with micrometers, calipers and gauging tools while maintaining productivity and a clean, safe work area. You will work closely with the Cell Lead and Quality Control, and comply with safety rules and procedures. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, mathematical literacy, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs in a shop environment. COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
