As part of the continued expansion of our Enterprise Projects function, we are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to play a key role in driving strategic transformation across Royal London Asset Management (RLAM). Focused on supporting our Operations, Regulation and Rest of the World pillar, you will oversee a diverse variety of complex change initiatives that underpin RLAM’s long term growth ambitions and evolving operating model.
This role requires a versatile allrounder who can shape, steer, and deliver multi-year programmes that improve how we run, scale, and futureproof the business. The ideal candidate will have driven complex projects stemming from post-merger integration and organisational restructuring and will have experience of delivering operational efficiencies and making changes to third party vendors, including transfer agencies. Experience with regulatory compliance would also be advantageous.
As Programme Manager, you will provide expert management across a number of concurrent complex change initiatives. You will be instrumental in delivering business outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining robust governance and control.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to RLAM’s ambition to expand internationally, grow new product lines and diversify our asset base, particularly across real estate and private markets.
