We have an opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Chief Operating Office, initially focused on a major transformation Programme.

About the role:

 

Initially delivering a major, multiyear transformation transitioning outsourced administration and servicing back into Royal London.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the end to end delivery of RL's most complex and critical programmes
  • Lead large cross-functional change teams, including 3rd parties
  • Manage schedules, dependencies, resources
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure operational risk compliance
  • Manage stakeholders including Executives
  • Integrate programme outcomes into BAU

About you

 

  • Extensive experience of multi-year programme delivery involving complex technology and business landscales.
  • Expert in planning, scheduling and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Budget responsibility in the region of £10-£20m
  • Proved leadership experience, including people leadership and development
  • Flexibility, tenacity, independence.
  • Strong self-development mindset.
