We are seeking a strategic and forward‑thinking Programme & Project Practice Lead to guide a high‑performing delivery function within our Business Excellence team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on driving transformation, elevating delivery standards, and enabling large‑scale change across a complex and dynamic environment. The individual will lead diverse programme and project professionals, ensure best‑in‑class delivery practices, and shape the ways of working that support VOIS’ operational excellence and long‑term transformation ambitions.
-Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of programme managers, project managers, analysts, and coordinators, fostering a culture of trust, high performance, continuous learning, and commercial focus.
-Build an industry‑leading delivery function with clear vision, integrated capabilities, and scalable operating models.
-Oversee the successful delivery of major transformation programmes, customer‑driven initiatives, and internal projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in line with quality standards.
-Promote consistent, modern ways of working by embedding leading methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, Lean, and other emerging frameworks.
-Drive strong customer and stakeholder experience, ensuring effective cross‑functional collaboration and alignment across portfolios.
-Implement meaningful performance measures including KPIs, project health indicators, billable hours, and productivity metrics.
-Ensure delivery outcomes contribute to measurable improvements in cost efficiency, customer and employee experience, operational quality, and performance.
-Act as a role model for leadership, communication, and active listening when engaging with senior stakeholders across matrixed environments.
-A senior leader with experience delivering complex technical and business transformation programmes.
-Skilled in managing and influencing senior stakeholders in multi‑layered, cross‑functional environments.
-An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex programmes to a range of audiences, from executive stakeholders to delivery teams.
-Proficient in programme management methodologies, with strong knowledge of agile frameworks and continuous improvement principles.
-Preferably educated to degree level, with professional qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or Lean; an MBA is advantageous.
-A strategic thinker with strong judgement, able to design and influence long‑term approaches while ensuring high‑quality day‑to‑day delivery.
