Job Description

  • Deliver end‑to‑end project management in line with government policies, procurement rules, and assurance frameworks.
  • Ensure projects meet time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Support development of project success criteria and reporting requirements.
  • Manage governance, risk, WHS, and environmental obligations.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Manage change control, financial tracking, and funding approvals.
  • Coordinate communication between government stakeholders, consultants, and delivery partners.
  • Prepare project reports, briefs, dashboards, and committee updates.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships and support stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
  • Project Management qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Design, management, or construction experience within the general construction environment.
  • 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably within similar sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from conception to completion and post‑project review.
  • Strong knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience leading and facilitating cross‑functional teams on medium‑sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Business development experience, including growing accounts and cross‑selling services.
  • Experience working within a client‑focused environment.
