The ideal candidate has a Construction Management degree or equivalent, at least three years of construction management experience, and strong communication, business acumen, and problem solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, with P6 scheduling and Bid 2 Win/Heavy Bid knowledge a plus; TXDOT safety standards knowledge is preferred.
