Job Overview

As the Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and succeeding long-term objectives within the AD&M business unit. The role requires a high level of interaction with various global organizational functions, including Product Management, Sales, Engineering, & Operations. The role acts as both a change agent and a continuous improvement advocate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated strength in collaboration & task execution in a high-visibility role within the organization.   

 

Responsibilities 

  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Leading project planning sessions and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Coordinating with various departments and teams to gather requirements and resources. 
  • Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
  • Facilitating regular project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders. 
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Proactively understand business needs and ensure there is no overlap in projects or resources. 
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 8 -10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or ERP projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Lean, & Agile). 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Notion, or Asana). 
  • PMP Certification preferred

 

Job Information:  

  • This role is remote but will require ~20% travel (1x a month both domestic and international)

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:  $121,400 - 152,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
