Brisbane based full-time onsite role with Inhabit, part of Egis Group, supporting the Facades team to deliver project financial administration and technical project support across multiple projects. You will provide comprehensive project support to managers and teams, assist with tendering and marketing collateral, deliver confidential and timely administrative help, ensure tasks are completed to time and budget, and contribute to project reporting as required. We’re seeking prior office administration experience, project coordination is highly desirable, advanced MS Office skills, invoicing experience a plus, and excellent written and verbal communication with strong organisational ability.
