The Opportunity 
Mosaic is seeking a Properties Summer Student for the 2026 summer work term from May 4 to August 28 to work out of our Nanaimo office on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. 

Bring your passion and we will provide the training and experiences. Successful candidates will share their existing knowledge with Mosaic Forest Management staff while gaining valuable on-the-job experience in planning and real estate activities within the real estate industry, supplemented by coaching from experienced mentors.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Completed 1+ year(s) of study and currently enrolled in a planning, geography, real estate, natural resource management, or related program;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
  • Interest in land management, planning, and sustainable resource use.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $23.75 to $27.00. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill, relevant experience, and education. Deadline to apply is Febraury 20, 2026.
