KiwiRail is looking for a Property Advisor to support land acquisition, disposals and property management across Aotearoa, in a permanent Auckland or Wellington role in the Crown Land Use team. You’ll work on major projects, negotiate with Crown agencies, landowners and iwi, and guide statutory processes including the Public Works Act while preparing reports. The role requires 3 to 5+ years in property, knowledge of land tenure and valuation, excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across diverse teams.
