Summerset Blenheim is hiring a proactive Property Assistant to maintain a safe, beautiful village by supporting the Property Manager and Head Gardener with maintenance, gardening and light refurbishments. This part-time role is 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM onsite. Ideal candidates bring practical property maintenance and gardening experience, strong DIY or trade skills, a current driver’s license, plus the ability to work independently and communicate clearly with residents and contractors.
