Property Divestment Coordinator
We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Divestment Coordinator to join our Property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property, planning, or project coordination professional who enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders and contributing to projects that deliver positive outcomes for communities and infrastructure across NSW.

In this role, you will work closely with a supportive team to coordinate property divestment activities and assist in the delivery of strategic land and property disposal programs. You'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise while building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team to deliver land and property divestment programs.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of property disposal projects.
Prepare a range of documentation, including briefing papers, reports, contracts, applications, and supporting materials.
Engage with internal teams, government agencies, local councils, consultants, and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.
Contribute to developing disposal strategies that maximise property outcomes and align with business objectives.
Support reporting activities and help provide insights on project progress and performance.
Work closely with facilities and asset management teams to address matters that may impact divestment activities.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems to support effective project management.
Ensure activities are delivered in accordance with safety, environmental, quality, and compliance requirements.
Provide general project and administrative support as required.

About You

You'll bring
Experience in property transactions, property development, divestments, urban planning, development assessment, or a similar field.
Experience working in a coordination, project support, administration, or stakeholder engagement role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and MS Project.
Experience with records management systems or databases will be highly regarded.
