Job Summary:

Responsible for leading a team and cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, restocking supplies. Also responsible for maintaining cleaning equipment and cabin supplies to enable on-time departure of aircraft.

Job Duties:  

·   Lead a team of agents in cabin cleaning duties.

·   Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft. 

·   Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.  

·   Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles. 

·   Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.

·   Perform aircraft security inspection.

·   Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area. 

·   Keep cabin services supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.

·   Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.

·   Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Company's Fair and Just Culture Policy. 

·   Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:  

·   High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.

·   Must be at least 18 years of age.

·   Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

·   Possess a Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:  

·   Six months of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Physical requirements:  

·   Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:  

·   Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.

·   Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
