Archirodon Group N.V. is hiring a Site Quality Manager to lead the QA/QC function on a major Abu Dhabi EPC project. You will report to the Project Manager and Division QC Manager, maintain ongoing liaison with the Quality Director and Corporate Materials Manager, and oversee all on site quality activities including staffing QC engineers, inspectors, document controllers and third party testing providers, while ensuring IMS policies are implemented and contract requirements are adapted for the project. Key requirements include a mechanical or metallurgical engineering degree, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification, 20+ years’ total experience with at least 5 years as QA/QC Manager on Oil & Gas EPC projects, and ADNOC approval. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organization, with proven ability to manage large capital projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Site Quality Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team in one of our project operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What you will need to do:

• Reports to the Project Manager and Division QC Manager, while maintaining dedicated line of communication with the Quality Director on overall project quality related matters, and the Corporate Material Manager if exists, on all matters concerning civil works materials.
• Manages and coordinates all quality activities on site, including assignment of quality personnel (QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company) to particular activities / work areas on site.
• Reviews and monitors the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures applicable to the Quality Department at Project level.  
• Reviews Contract requirements to determine whether Company IMS documents (plans, procedures, and the like) can be implemented as-is in their entirety, or whether project specific versions are required, and advises the Quality Director and Project Manager accordingly.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University.
• Certified as Lead auditor ISO 9001:2015
• Having a total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in the Oil & Gas Projects (Managing QAQC function across Oil and Gas EPC projects with Pipeline, Piping, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, Insulation).
• Experience in managing large-scale capital projects by performing regular reviews and critical inspections as and when required.
• With ADNOC approval as Project Quality Manager

• Is able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills
• Has excellent organizational skills
