This role is critical in shaping the standards that keep our people safe, our operations compliant, and our products and services trusted by our customers.  This leadership position is instrumental in driving a culture of continuous improvement, safeguarding environmental stewardship, and ensuring excellence across all quality and safety programs.  We are seeking a proactive, highly skilled professional who is passionate about building strong systems, fostering collaboration and influencing positive change througout the site.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic direction for Quality & EHS teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, NADCAP and corporate QESH standards.
  • Strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee laboratory and analytical testing operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, HR & Engineering.
  • Manage budget for staff, lab upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
  • Represent the site with regulators, contractors & global Oerlikon partners.

 

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary degree; professional designations an asset.
  • 15+ years in manufacturing 10+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience leading HSE programs, Quality systems and Analytical labs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboraiton skills.
  • SAP and MS Office proficiency.
