Engeny, part of Egis Group, is seeking a Queensland Regional Leader: Engineering in Brisbane to drive the Queensland engineering disciplines, coach discipline and sector leaders, shape strategy and business development, and lead recruitment and retention for the Qld team while owning P&L and approving expenditures. This senior role requires 5+ years in business leadership with deep civil engineering expertise in a consultancy, a tertiary engineering degree, and ideally CPEng and/or RPEQ, plus strong QLD delivery experience from concept to execution. Emphasis on people leadership, client relationships, work winning and culture. About the Role
Join us as a Queensland Regional Leader - Engineering in Brisbane. This is a key leadership role that will support the WEET Director with implementation of Engeny’s Queensland strategic business plan and have operational and strategic responsibility for engineering teams. This role will also have key accountability for driving culture and values within the team.
