At the Bolton site, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping the quality system aligned with regulatory and customer expectations. You’ll be the go-to QA contact for the site, coordinating quality assurance activities and ensuring policies and procedures are clearly communicated and followed. The team is looking for someone who can help the operation stay compliant while supporting practical, day-to-day QA decisions.
A day in the life at the Bolton QA hub
You’ll plan and coordinate site-level QA activities, handling requests for quality support and ensuring that policies and procedures are understood and implemented on the ground. You’ll also serve as the main QA point of contact for the site, guiding colleagues through quality-related questions and issues.
You’ll oversee the audit process to monitor the quality system and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. You’ll support ISO registration and other compliance activities, and work with management to analyze information and product specifications to determine regulatory compliance with agencies such as the FDA (USA), Health Canada, and other product regulatory requirements.
You’ll contribute to maintaining and improving the overall quality system, support key regulatory, customer and third-party audits, and take responsibility for the hiring, training, and development of associates. You’ll track quality assurance metrics for the organization, act as a customer contact for QA initiatives as needed, and partner with QA management to develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports. You’ll also read and interpret technical documents and regulations to stay aligned with industry standards.
What you’ll need to succeed

- A related bachelor’s degree, or 1–3 years of relevant work experience, is required
- 1–3 years of experience in a regulated environment such as FDA (USA) or Health Canada, required
Nice-to-haves to stand out
- A related graduate degree is preferred
- Quality-control certifications such as RAC or Six Sigma are a plus
- 1–3 years of management and supervisory experience, especially overseeing a quality system in a complex or matrix organization, preferred
